Poor service

I'm getting very poor response from Rashmi Gas Agency (tel no: 91 80 28532301/02/32006411/6412) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. This time new prob. I have booked the gas on 25.07.08 & booking# 4693, after 15 days (ie 11.08.08) when I checked for delivery they are saying u r not booked... finally once again I have booked the gas on 11/08/08, I don't know when I will get!!!
