This complaint is usually faced by many of us, but some of us only have the feeling to share that to the entire country. My complaint relates to lack of proper adherence towards consumer service. My consumer no is 27497 with Shakti Gas Services (Dombivli West).

Whenever I call them for booking my gas cylinder, their phones are either busy or else sometimes even they pick it up & leave it aside. I am so frustrated that I don't come to know what the hell they do over there. Also, according to the rules of BPCL there should be a 21 days gap between two booking dates. But Shakti Gas Service do not accept that rule. I think they have amended the law. B'cos on 01/09/08 when I tried to book my gas they said that they won't be able to book as the 21 days period is not yet completed. Upon asking which dates you people consider, they said that the day when the cylinder comes to your house is considered & not the day of booking. Upon further arguing they said that this is their system & for further clarification you should speak to our boss. Again, the ladies at the counter are so rude in their voices that you can't even explain to them.
