I have purchased this new Docomo Prepaid Sim Card since yesterday and as assured by the Docomo Retailer it was supposed to get activated in 30 minutes.
Till today the service is not activated. I have continously followed-up with the retailer but the retailer only keeps assuring of starting the service asap. However this all seems to be a regular mess-up with Docomo Users.
Also, such cases have been mentioned on the internet from users across the country.
I have also emailed Ms. Meenakshi, the Nodal Officer for Docomo Maharashtra Circle, however she seems to be too busy in attending hundreds of such complaints.
I hope this is taken seriously and resolved asap. Kindly help me out of this situation.
