In our house, water got logged in some of the walls and it resulted in the wall becoming damp and paint layers peeling off. We contacted Dr. Fixit and a person visited our home and said if we did water proofing, this problem would be solved and gave a warranty of five years. We spent about Rs.80000 in total and even after 8 months, the condition has only worsened. Water seepage has not arrested and it has increased. On contacting the contractor who did the job, he didn't provide proper reasons and refused to even come and look at the house. He is not taking calls and absconding ever since. Now he is demanding some more money promising he will fix the issue. The contractor's name is N.Muthusamy and his agency is called S.M.Solution, Coimbatore, Tamil nadu. We went ahead with this because of our faith in Pidlite but now I am very disheartened by the result. I request you to look into this matter seriously and help us in getting the problem resolved.
