Irregular and delayed supply of Domestic Gas Cylinde

Ref: Customer K No. 03572, Bal Krishan Gupta, R/o 5, Rail Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi-34 registered at Dagar Gas Station, Rohini.

Respected Sir,

I, B.K.Gupta R/o 5, Rail Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi-34 is facing problem of irregular supply of Indane Gas refilling Cylinder. I would like to draw your kind attention towards the malfunctioning of the above said service station. Firstly, They have stopped taking booking of Domestic Gas Cylinder on Telephone, customer has to book it by visiting their gas station.

Secondly, there is a time gap of 30 days in supply of cylinder, after booking it. even after several reminders for the gas cylinders to the agency, status of the gas is same. No cylinder has been received by me since last month. No strict action has been taken by the agency in improving their service. Due to such short supply of LPG cylinder and negligence of the Dagar Gas Station, I am facing a lot of difficulties.

Therefore, I request you to please look into the matter and please take strict and immediate action against the Agency.
