Mr. Ravi Ahuja, supposedly authorized sales representative of Easy Bill limited arrived at our residence on 10 May and promised us that we would be able to pay electricity bills through Easy Bill. The collection center authorized by PSPCL to pay our electricity bills is almost 20 kms from our place of residence and is naturally very crowded at the time of payment of bills. All the local residents of our society and nearby areas were having difficulty paying the bills at the center. So, Mr. Ravi Ahuja said Easy Bill limited could curb this problem. He took 5000 INR from me and created an "account" with Easy Bill saying that this was security amount and now I would be authorized to collect electricity bill payments and pay it online to PSPCL. He did not provide me with any receipt for that money saying that "a receipt is not supposed to be provided for these things". After creating that account, another person, Mr. Rajneesh, who wasn't even mentioned prior to this entered the arrangement and Ravi ahuja introduced him as another person authorized by Easy Bill. No mention of Mr. Rajneesh had been there before I had paid the amount. Mr rajneesh gave me a bill book with printed receipts in the name of easy bill and asked me to start collecting electricity bill payments when the bills arrived. Now, the bills have arrived and I have collected payment from about 40 people for the same. BUT THERE IS NO ANSWER FROM RAVI AHUJA OR RAJNEESH REGARDING THE PAYMENT. THE PAYMENT SYSTEM OF EASY BILL DOES NOT WORK. I AM UNABLE TO PAY ANY BILLS THROUGH THE EASYBILL ACCOUNT THAT WAS CREATED FOR ME. WHEN ASKED, RAVI AHUJA SAYS THAT THE PSPCL DATA IS NOT YET ONLINE.WE'LL CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT ID FOR YOU AND YOU CAN PAY THE BILLS OFFLINE. RAJNEESH SAYS THE SAME AND ALSO ADDS THAT "IF THE DATA IS NOT ONLINE, I'LL GO WITH YOU TO PSPCL CENTER AND WE'LL PAY ALL THE BILLS THERE." THEY ARE GIVING ME FALSE ASSURANCES FROM THE PAST WEEK SINCE I HAVE STARTED COLLECTING THE BILL PAYMENTS, BUT NOTHING CONCRETE HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR. I AM A HEART PATIENT AND HAVE GONE THROUGH ANGIOPLASTY TWO TIMES IN THE PAST 10 YEARS. I HAVE SO MUCH OF Public MONEY COLLECTED WITH ME AND THE TENSION IS MOUNTING DAY BY DAY. THESE PEOPLE HAVE CHEATED ME OUT OF MY MONEY AND NOW I AM RUNNING THE RISK OF PUBLIC HUMILIATION AS WELL. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.
