Dear sir,
I have purchased cistern tanks (concealed) from M/s Gopal Krishan Gupta & Sons, Ambala Cantt
I have been requesting them from last few months to send some qualified plumber from HINDWARE company to maintain cistern tanks (concealed).
It seems M/s Gopal Krishan Gupta & Sons are least interested in service after sales.
This caless attitude not only giving unsatisfactory service to me (the consumer), but also taking away my faith in a company HINDWARE. whom I considerd best till I made purchases.
You as a company may be getting lots of business from Gupta & Sons, but remember- a valued customer is drifting away due to bad after sales service.
May I request you to kindly do some magic to restore my faith in a company best known to me till I did not deal with it.
Looking forward for some kind of assurance, that my product bought from your company, HINDWARE will be maintained to my satisfaction.
