I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder (Bharat Gas) on dt. 12/12 but yet today on 19.12.2009 there is no any response and when I called up again on 18/12 at 12:30p.m to the distributor M/s. Engineers Enterprises Agency they informed that stay at home and soon the delivery guy will come and even waiting for the whole day nobody turned up resulting in wastage of whole day. I called up the agency today again and to my suprise he said he has no supply and cannot provide me the cylinder and this is not the first time we are going thru this trauma nut everytime it is the same pain to get the cylinder. Whenever we give the booking we tell them to come after 3:30p.m on the working day and on Saturdays anytime but still they keep making excuses on the supply of gas cylinder. Today my gas is over and pl. let me know where should we go to cook our lunch, tea or dinner. The agency should be dealt strongly by the Bharat Gas officials and seeing no improvement cancel the license so that people don't suffer at the hands of these distributors and bring bad name to Bharat Gas.
