I am a BSNL customer (Farooque), my land line (040 23306023) was not working, I was registered a compliant through BSNL Hyderabad division on 04/12, Compliant No.is 11104317992.But not respond from Technical office Mr Shankar 9490791919 & Mr Jagan 29018907. Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.
