Hi,
I had bought Pureit Classic on Sunday morning 29-Jul.
Which comes out to be faulty and for that I registered a complain on 29th morning itself.
Now since than I have been calling every day (Its already 5 days now) and your call center guys promise me every day that the technician is going to visit today.
This is not happening and I pissed of your service, I buy a brand new water purifier for 1200 RS and it is faulty and there is no one to give me service for 4 days now.
Today I spoke to the senior twice and they promised me or i would say they gaurentee me that i would not have to call them again and the service would be done today.
Since no one came today also to attend the problem, I demand you to give back my money back and take your purifier back.
Failing to do so, I would register complain in the consumer forum.
