THEFT OF MATREIAL

SIR,

I have booked sweets & namkeen from UNCHAHAR to MODINAGAR (GHAZIABAD) on Dt. 10.08.2011 vide consignment no. J56821608. The same reached at its destination i.e MODINAGAR on Dt. 12.08.2011.When the packet was opened 500gram kaju & a packet of Eclai toffee found short. I have dialed several times to customer care (Lucknow) but no one is picking. Ita a matter of shame to the company like yours.
