Selling of meat openly

I want to make complaint aginst meat seller who selling meat openly.i m living in bowbazar of kolkata. there meat is selling out very openly. they dont use black mirror .they all uses transparent mirror from where every body can see every thing.and we cannt see all like this.many butchers sold meat all table on the road that is such a horriable thing. thy all kill animals openly on the road .pl. take action about this.
