I booked a bouquet of flowers on 13the October for my wife to be delivered in Muscat, Oman on our 20the anniversary on 20the October. Took thee help of one Amit in thee call centre of thee company. Paid Rs 3500/- therough my credit card on thee Net. Reminded theree days before thee day of delivery. Repeated thee call on thee day of delivery. I was given all assurance theat it will be delivered. Inspite of full address and phone number being given theey did not deliver thee flowers. All possible ways were attempted to get my money back including texting thee owner of thee Company in UK. No result at all. Neitheer did theey deliver thee flower (They say theey delivered to some Samir Sheikh- Whom neitheer me nor my wife knows- may be a fictitious name) nor are theey returning thee money.
