We purchased a 10 KVA UPS with 20 batteries back up system through Foresight Automation Products Pvt Ltd (An Emersion inc (Emerson is a Fortune 100 companies joint colloboration company in India) Nungambakkam High Road, Chennai 600006 in Dec. Since purchase batteries do not give back up for even four computers / printers for > 2 hours at any time. Original purchase order and agreement is that when we operate on full load with 20 computers/three printers and monitors this 10 KVA with 20 batteries will serve for 10-12 hours full load without electricity.
Never in the last 2.5 hours the 10 KVA UPS system had given back up to the rated capacity. Several discussions / letters since April till June 2 had not yielded any worthwhile solution by Foresight Automation Pvt Ltd Chennai office. They do not reply or answer phone calls.
This is deficient service since beginning for the last 2.5 years. Now we do not have back up when TNEB power goes during summer (scheduled stoppage from April 16 is for 1 hour daily and unscheduled stoppage in summer varies from 2-8 hours easily due to TNEB break downs)
10 KVA blanks out immediately / instantly without any back up for even a Minute of use
We want to raise this issue through Consumer Complaint about this company for the last 2.5 years Can we file a legal case for deficiency of service since beginning?
They do not respond. They do not take any action. They do not refund our money when asked.
