Not Refilling of LPG Gas

I book My Bhagat Gas Cylender for Refilling on Dated 17-05. My Old Refilling date is 28-04. I visit the Agency office many time but they don't give any response. I also visit the sales office of Bharat Gas Agency, Hisar. any responsible answer not given by Sale officer Sh. Amit Narula who's phone no. is 9416144956. I call many time on mobile to sales officer but there are not any satisfied answer.

If we collect the cylender from Godown, employee of agency charge Rs. 350/- per cyclender. It is totaly wrong.
