Delay In Service of LPG Connection

Sir,

I Have a HP Gas connection With Gandhi Gas Agency..

I am Having inconvinence in getting refill cylinder (Domestic Gas), They are Saying that they will not register you number for new cylinder refill after yoy have recived a new refill Cylinder for a span of 15 to 20 days.

After registering your number they say that you will get a new cylinder after 15 days or more.

It is obvious that in our country no ones cylender will be utilized for more then 30-50 days.

Due to this delay in service of about a span of 50 days or more the citizens are having many problems, resulting in black marketing of the LPG Gas cylender.

This is a real serious issue because when I visited the office of HP Gas the Bords was Hanging on the wall saying that the

1) Connection Will be delivered within 24 hours..

2) 8Am To *Pm Sevice of home Delivery...

3) Seven Days Service (Monday to Sunday)...

Strict action is required to Solve this problem...

Eligations:1) Deliberately Delay in the Service and not attending the call.

2) Black Marketing of the LPG Gas Cylender.
