Policy documnets not recived after 11 month and they are not going to cancil my policy

Hello,

I am Sarita Gandhi i had taken a policy from HDFC STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE in march. My policy number is 12841183 and the premium amount is Rs 90000/-. Actually i have a complain against HDFC STANDARD INSURANCE that i have not recived any policy documents yet. I am not in a good mood and totally harrased by the company so i am sending this mail at this time because i am not able to sleep in the night because of this kind of stuff which i am suffering from last four month. I am forwading all the conversation which is going through their service department. If u go through this mail you definetly know that at what all this going on. People dnt know how to talk with customer. As per IRDA law when the policy documents has not recived customer cancil the policy at any time. I dnt know what to right because i am suffering from mentally disturbance by all this stuff. Rs 90000/ is not a small amount for me. They lost my documents and said we had sent the documents on 13/04 nd recived by MR B.S gandhani i dnt know who is he. I said to him please verify take your on time but same answer we had sent the documents. I also said that please check the sign there which is in pod and hire some signing expert and check the sign i pay for this but no answer. I belive that this time i definetly get a justice. PLease do the needfull and go through all the conversation.

Thanks for your reply and really thanks for making me fool for the last four month. As per the IRDA law when we recived the documents we cancil the policy within fifteen days but here i have not recieved any policy documents from your side. Now you see what i am going to do. And really want to say that i am not going to pay any premium because you people are such a liar. This few month is really a hell for me.

We apologise for the delay in resolving your e-mail complaint.

In this context, we would like to inform you that the policy start date was on 31/03 and we have despatched the policy documents to your correspondence address on 09/04 which was delivered on 13/04.

We came to know that you have not received the policy document only when you complained in the month of December for the first time stating non receipt of the policy document.

We regret to inform that we are unable to cancel the policy in free look period, as the request should be submitted within 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy document. We have reprinted the policy documents and despatched to your correspondence address today, which you will receive shortly.

We hope to have addressed your apprehension.

It has been already more than a week for last reply on my mail and more than Five or Six months 2 doing all this kind of stuff. You all are making me fool. Please let me know when i get my money back because its had been almost more than 11th month without any proof i mean no policy documents. I am not in a good mood seriously you are testing my patience. This is not good when you all are give my money back when i will die? This is totally a harrasment case dont force me to do something to take further step . and one more thing this is not acceptable all why i take duplicate documents when i have not recieved original documents by your side. I just want my money back.

I know you all are very rich people but this is not a small amount for me and my family also you should understand this.

first of all thank you very much for reply but again i must say first i contact you on 22/02 after that you replied me on email lets forget it. I am sending that indemnity bond which i submitted to your vikas puri branch on 03/12 to mr anil rawat and yes one more thing i just want to share with you this is my last mail to you and i want positive reply in a week only because it has been 11 months i took the policy and i have not received the documets yet. please dont force me to take any legal action. I am very depressed now really very depressed. And last but not the least why i take duplicate bond when i have not recived any original documents from your side. In reference to your mail i want to make very clear i have deposited the indeminty bond to your vikas puri branch on 3rd december and i have the recieved copy of the same with me so i wont give indemnity again. I dnt want my policy documents i just wish 2 know when would i geting my money back. I am not at all satisfied with services of the company after spending my Rs 90000/- i am still running 2 get my documents and i am very much harrased. Again my personal request to you please cancel the policy. And one more thing i want to clear you. My permanent and my correspondence address is same its "17-A Pkt B vikas pure extn. delhi-110018. Thanx a lot for replying me. Atleast you understand the state of mind which i am passing on. Please last time i am going to request you CANCEL THE POLICY AND REFUND MY MONEY.

This is bring your kind notice that I Sarita Gandhi taken a policy in march from your company. My policy no. is " 12841183". I complained so many times that i have not receive any policy documents. I said so many times that i have not received documents to your manager but after no response then i contact customer care on "24th nov" and before also then some person said documents has been delivered to your home you must have get it 2 to 3 days. After a week i again contact your customer care then someperson said " we have not delivered the policy documents yet we have take to decision there is so miss communication" then i thought whats going on i asked 2 him what i do... the person said go to any nearest branch and full fill some formalities. Then i contact your vikas puri branch there is some anil rawat i asked to him where is my documents but same ans "dnt knw" then i had done some formalities like indemnity form and gave a complain letter. After 1 week i have no response from there i had gone to your paschim vihar branch to give a letter for cancil the policy they also dont knw where is my documents. After few days when i visited to your branch then i knw that some Mr B.S Gandani received the documents i dnt know from where he came into the picture again i am very surprised from your services when i went to your branch then i knw otherwise no information from your side. But i confirm you that I dont knw who is he. I dont know why you are doing all this kind of noncence. Do what you want any verification we are ready for that.

I am totally HARRASED, MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY disturbed. You people must have deducted many charges for the policy servicing. You people please check your services. I am not liable for the lost of policy document..

Last but not the least..please do the needfull & reverse my money back as soon as possible otherwise i have to take further steps.

Rs 90000/- is not a small amount for me atleast this time i trust on you and get full justice. I just want my money back.
