Dear sir,
this is to bring to your kind notice that we are availing the facility of manas gas services and we had booked our lpg cylinder 2 months back on 22 january and it is not delivered as yet.
we have booking id 4266 on the name of Mr. P.Bansal.
each time when we call the concerned authority they tranfer the call to higher one which is never answered .they have not even taken up our complaint. we have sent our people to collect the cylinder yet no positive response have been received. it is getting extreamely difficult to cut down the usage.
please look into the matter and take necessary action as soon possible.
