I had booked orders vide booking ID no. 7770025437in first week of June'09. I was promised that the material would be delivered within 15 days. I kept waiting till the 1st week of July. Upon enquiry, I was informed that the material was on hold because of instructions from me. I informed theCutomer care cell that no such standing instructions were issued by me and they may very well deliver the consignment. Since no actions were taken, I sent mail, which they responded to, promptly. But till date, the material has not reached me.
Meanwhile, I have wrote quite a few mails. They have beenn responding with their regret letters and applogies, every time promising for a fast solution. But, it seems to be a never ending process. Pl facilitate

I regret to say that things have been pretty bad at your end. I have not received even a single copy of the India Today Book Club magazine ever since the renewal, even after repeated complaints on phone. Every time the complaints are noted down and conveniently forgotten.
I have been a vey old customer of India Today magazine. But the attitude of the staff of your organization has been a detterent factor twrds renewal of the subscription. Since I have developed the habit of reading the magazine, I now buy the issues from the stands.
