Money deduct but not received from atm

I have a saving account no. 55012524604, ATM Card No. 6038455062700029097 in your bank. When I tried to withdraw Rs 5000 from my account on 23rd April around 04.45 pm from the SBOP ATM Near Udham Singh Chowk Ferozepur City. At that time suddenly ATM machine got switched off because of electricity failure. So, that I could not received any money nor any reciept from the ATM .But when I checked the balance from the other ATM immediately, the balance was deducted from my a/c.

So I am requesting you to take necessary action and credit the amount Rs. 5000/- in my account as early as possible.
