LPG cylender not suplied on tieme they are taking more than week to deliver cylinder after the booking

I have booked my LPG cylinder on 13th - Feb

But the agency guys have not delivered the cylender till date (i.e 20-feb)

I doubt they are selling the cylinders in Black.

Pls check with the authories and intruct them accordingly.
