Non delivery of cylinder after issue orde

Sir,

I have booked for gas cylinder after the stiplulted period (21 days after earlier delivery). I have been told that issue letter has been given to delivery boy 4 days ago. But still the cylinder is not delivered to me. This happens every time. When enquired they are simply dodging by saying that the cylinder will be delivered today. I feel that there is scam going. Kindly look in to it.
