Worst Customer Care

I wish we had an option to choose between the electricity providers!

We have Two electricity providers in Ahmedabad..

1. AEC

2. GEB.

I run a small software company in Ahmadabad and unfortunately, my office falls under GEB area.

Issues

1. No prior announcement of electricity cut.

2. Worst Customer care who simply hang up without listening.

3. They never answer the land line number [079 27505153] and and hang up if called the Mobile customer care number [9879201503]

4. Usual answer that the line is faulty. Well if it is then why can't they find a permanent solution?

5. Went to their office personally to complain and no one was there to register my complaint.

In past 7 days, every single day the electricity was cut off.

I am frustrated because my business is effected.

I am sure I am not the first person to complaint about GEB.
