I would like to complaint regarding the HAEFELE Ironfix Wall Mounted Ironing Board, which i had purchased in early 2010.
There was a mechanical fault with the board not opening properly and a complaint was registerd with their customer service on 022-6142 6142 in mumbai in Dec.
Their so called technician had attended the same and caused further damage to the equipment which costs around 10, 000Rs.
After the 2nd attempt by them in Jan it was not repaired by them. It is now March and still there is no attention paid by their customer service center.
I am quiet surprised as to their after sales service.
