Non delivery of gas intime

Though refill for gas cylinder was booked ten days ago and -they promised to supply the cylinder on 19-10. they did not supply it. When reminded i was informed that they have informed the delivery boy to supply on 19-10.but till today it had not been supplied . today also when we contacted they informed that they will be supplying the cylinder positively today. till 18.00 hours we did not receive the cylinder. kindly check whether the cylinder has been supplied to somebody else.
