For the last 2 years, we are facing the problem regarding the delivery of LPG gas Cylinders to our home. The HP agency name is Vardhvinayak gas agency and is located at kalamboli, Navi mumbai. While booking the cylinder the direct reply is that it will tale 8-10 days for delivery. we kept quiet. fromn thier reply for booking calls is 12-16 days. a few months back a guy from HP had come to note down the complaints and he said that as consumers we should complain to the company. I went in to the Hindustan Petroleum website and was amazed to find out that no matter how hard u try they have disabled the Complaints section and u can never lodge a complaint.
