Sub: substandard maintenance of the property and irregularities in monies collected and spend by HIRISPORA.
HIRISPORA is owners association of Hill Ridge Springs Apartments situated in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. This association pushed out the builder and took over the maintenance activities in July with Improper handover from the builder. Association literally snatched away the property maintenance activities without understanding the impact and thus resulting in additional expenses to be borne by the owners due to substandard maintenance activities :
- zero maintenance of fire safety equipment.
- substandard material used in STP plant risking equipment life
- funds diversion without approval
- stanching away activity resulting in many apartments not paying maintenance which is now laded on to payers
- substandard services when compared to amount collected when compared to other societies
