No water for 15 days and before that low pressure &erratic timming

I am the resident of H.no 8-5-141/12/8/6 mallikarjuna colony oldbowenpally secunderabad my water connection no 613229432 I was facing proble with low water pressure and most erratic timing of water supply for the last two and half years. I made repeated oral complaints and registered with hmwss there was no use Now for the last 15 days there no water supply even after repeated complaint no action by the water supply authoritie .the HMWSSB web sitte is not responding for lodging the complaint
