I have placed an order on homeshop 18 of Glen 4 burner cooktop1044 ss hf on 03/09 order no.900483639 company said its a big item so you have to give the payment before delivery so i made the payment on 06/09 to the first flight courier pathankot, punjab. so now when i call to homeshop they give reason every time i call. so can you please help me.
