Subject: illegal construction of 3rd floor in WZ-283/6 VISHNU GARDEN, new delhi west
Sir,
illegal construction has been started on the 3rd floor of plot no WZ-283/6 VISHNU GARDEN, new delhi-110018 plot is of 100sqyd. it is a leasehold plot, of which 2 parts are sold off, on 2nd portion of 50sqyd the construction of 3rd floor has been started, it is lease hold so no official map is there also it is part, and building is old it has no pillars so there is risk of building getting damaged. The said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws
in view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of 3rd floor.
