Hi, my friend is residing at triplicane, chennai was facing a serious issues daily. She is a working women and her mother too. No father, brother or any sisters. Both she and her mom not available in home during day time. But she is getting nearly 350-450rs current bill every month. As this is a issue, the house owner lady is now increased the current bill as Rs.7/unit. How dare she is behaving like a bitch to a small middle class family.
