My connection from Ideal agencies was changed to Shanthi Agencies, Hebbagodi without my consent. The behaviour of one Mr. Honnesh, the delivery person is absolutely irresponsible. I should have got the cylinder a week ago as per their promise and repeated calls to this man have yielded no results and so rude he is he cannot even tell us when he could make the delivery. Is there any forum where on could go to to take legal action against these people? It is disgusting and frustrating!
