Message Hi, previous gas delivery date 15th nov the next gas was booked on 1st dec. Its past 21 days of previous booking date so booked the same but the cylinder has not been delivered yet. Booking no 129 done on 1st dec... they said we will get gas in 5 days... its 12th dec not yet received. Called distributor several times, no response. Finally picks up the call at 12 noon and when enquired about the delivery says we have delivered on 15 nov so cannot deliver now. Gave him with the booking number, says you will get it tomorrow. You can come and pick it from the distributor address. The booking staff and the person who releases gas are rude to all the consumers. Kindly request you to look into the issue urgently.
