Dear Sir/Madam,

We have booked the refill with the following details

We have not yet received the delivery of the refill despite repeated followup and complaints against the dealer. This is pure harassment of the customer.

We have been facing 2 issues since the time we have started taking cylinder from this agency:

1. The delivery boys are very rude and always ask for 20/40 Rs extra to deliver cylinder... this has happened always..

2. Whenever we book, either directly through agency or online, the delivery is always late.. we have to keep calling and give repeated reminders for gas to be sent...

Even with 2 cylinders we face harassment that both may become empty and hence have to keep reminding as we have 2 small kids in the house.

Request action to be taken to punish the distributor immediately and inform of the corrective action taken to rectify the recurring problem.
