Unregularity of Aloting DBC & Delay in Delivery of Gas Cylinde

Dear Sir,

We want to inform about Unsatisfactory Services of M/s Goyal Gas servises at Beawar Rajasthan, We had booked for one year back for DBC and got the serial no. 150, but due to other sourses we came to know that M/s HP Gas Servises Beawr has alloted to some other, after approching their office their behavior is not custome fraindely, After asking the told us that your intrey is wrogely intered in their register & it will come in later stage. After asking to show the application intrey register they had refused to so it.

It is also noted that there is regular practice of non deliver of gas cylender after the booking in given time. (Last booking date is 18/2, but till date gas is not deliver)

It is requested to concered authority to take nessesory action & satisfy the customer.
