HP Gas
Non Delivery of gas cylinde

I had booked for a new gas cyliner on 24th Nov '09. When I call the gas agency, the representative says she'll send it the next day. Its 9th Dec '09 and I have yet to recieve my new cylinder.

I book my gas at SOHAM GAS AGENCY located at 3, Shrushti Complex, opp Jagmata Temple, Kolbad rd, Thane (W)- 400 001

Please take immediate action w.r.t. the same.
