This is further to our complaint to HPC dated 30th July when we had severe problems in first getting through to your agency and then finally approaching their owner to intervene to get the refill supplied. We are once again experiencing the same problem. We again booked for a refill around ten days ago (after making several phone calls that were not attended to) by sending an SMS later confirmed by phone and were promised delivery by 25th Aug'10. On telephoning them today, we are surprised to hear that they have NOT registered our request for a refill and are now saying that they would be able to supply a refill only by the 6th of Sept'10.
This is really a very shoddy way of treating customers by your agents and their staff.
Please look into the matter and arrange for the supply of refill immediately as we will be faced with severe hardship if the current cylinder is exhausted.
