My HP gas consumer no.609338.I have booked my gas on 4th March-11.As Gas cylider was not delivered, on 21st March I personally went and met Mr. Subrata Paul of Dipto Joyte HP Gas services, our dealer, who promised to deliver Gas within 2 days. On 23rd March my wife made a call and was informed that Gas cylinder will be delivered on that day. It was not delivered. I again went today (25.3.11) and met Subrata Paul who promised that today itself Gas cylinder will be delivered within 1pm. As usual gas cylider was not delivered. It is nothing but mental and physical tortured to us.
