HP Gas Cylinder
Booking Website not functioning

My customer no- 605385

I have a HP gas connection from Sikka Enterprises in Faridabad. I have been trying to book a gas cylinder but dealer's phone is off the hook & website to make online booking is not working. You cann't click on the online booking button. Dealer has been saying use online booking while the website is not fully operational. This causes lot of trouble for consumers and the whole purpose of making things transparent is defeated if things cannot be executed properly.
