Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice, that we have been having a very delayed delivery of the gas cylinder from HP GAS Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, for the past one year. We have our supplier at Warden Road, Mumbai- Laxmi Gas services. Every time we order a refill, we have to make a complaint to the company before the same is delivered. This time too, we have booked it approx. 10 days ago. We received an sms saying that the cylinder would be delivered in 48 hrs. but still have to receive it. Our consumer no. is 604229, Booking no.:249305, Complaint no. online: 11082516. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience to us.

Please advise the further course of action.
