Complain regarding replacement of pureit battery

I have booked an order for battery replacement of pureit on 26th Jan. They have given me order number as IS10/DLI217112057. From last four days I have to buy drinking water just because there is delivery time of three days. But today on 29th Jan when I have called for inquiry they told me that my complaint is recorded and they will get back to me in next two days. The complain number given to me is C101877449.

Can someone tell me how can some one wait for so many days just for drinking water. It is requested to kindly look into it seriously otherwise I am ready to go for legal action for pathetic service vise versa to said service.
