now at moment buider starting digging of earth. as per bmc & state government act in rain season (4 month) builder or any contractor was not digging of earth, but hear mrs. darshana sawant (builder) was not follow of any rules & regulation. her compony was digging 20ft. dept earth length is 140ft.
the important problem in that case is when pokhlen was started a digging of earth that time in this soc., sorounding the home are vibrate, in that vibration the home are possible to fall. its very dengerous to life who was living there, the builder was doing the digging perposefully.because in that digging matter tanant was death. and other tanant was live under the dengerrous envirement.
