Sub: NEW METER IS NOT INSTALLING IN MY HOUSE
This is HARI and I have applied for a new meter connection for our home on 6th of this month and later on I waited for 15days as per their instructions after that I have complained to the HIGHER Authorities about the same matter for giving a complaint to the (AE) Higher Authorities they came to my home and searched my home with 4 to 5 people for illegal connection after because of giving complaint to higher authorities they are not ready to install new meter connections they told that they will not install a new meter because of I have given a complaint and they have inspect our home and they have seen our all 4 portions of house and they are telling that we should give to up Flore portions only we should not give to ground Flore portions they are demanding that the will install to upflore only not to ground floar and they are telling already for installing the line man is demanding us 500 to 1000 rupees the same matter I have informed to the higher authorities and also to CMD but today 4 persons came from APCPDCL to install and when they are installing AE called them and he has given instructions to them that don’t install in my home and take back the meter immediately we are not ready to install to him so they have taken my new meter and went off to APCPDCL office this is the sort of Authorities way of following with the customers here in our colony total 3000 customers are there and we all are paying approximately 3 cores per annum and the response is from the authorities is nil even after the line man is installing the New meter the AE stopped the Installation of new meter
Here I am demanding to the authorities creating nuisance in our home they should give compensation of rupees 25000 immediately and when ladies are in the they came to our home and they are threatening to our ladies if this is the sort of Authorities action they how people are survive in the society so here I demand to Suspend to the AE immediately and do necessary justice to me immediately
If my problem not solved within 3 days I am going file a case in the consumer forum.
So I am expecting my complaint will be solved as soon as possible
