I AM A CUSTOMER OF LPG AGNIRAJ GAS AGENCY INDIAN OIL CORPORATION, SILIGURI (PH.NO 03532640664/22877402).

MY CELL NO IS 9007301069.

THE DELAER DOES NOT ALLOW BOOKING BEFORE, 12 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE WHICH CREATES LOTS OF PROBLEM.

GAS IS DELIVERED AFTER 20-25DAYS FROM THE BOOKING DATE, WHICH MAKES THE TOTAL TENURE OVER 30DAYS CONSIDERING THE 12 DAYS GAP FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

THE DELIVERY MAN OPENLY CHARGES 15RS EXTRA FOR DELIVERY OF THE GAS AT 2 ND FLOOR.

KINDLY TAKE UP THE ABOVE MENTIONED ISSUES IMMEDIATELY AS ITS IS SERIOUSLY HAMPERING THE REPUTATION OF IOC, SIMULTANEOUSLY TAKE STRICT DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST THE DELAER ALSO.
