I am a consumer of cooking gas, Indane and my consumer number is 116058 with my agent "Anand Gas" at Ernakulam. Now a new procedure of booking for cooking gas by SMS or mobile has been brought into practice. But this system is not working none of the toll free numbers are functional or the number meant for lodging the complaints is effective. The agent is not booking for our requirement directly as he has been doing in the past. I do not know to whom to turn to for solving our problem. This is preposterous because, our caution deposit is collected by IOC and they are bound to supply us cooking gas when we demand. In the IOC website nobody attends to our call. Please let me know how to come out of this muddle.
