Non Refilling of gas Cylinde

Sir,

i am indane consumer from more than one year. I booked my gas on 18-12 for refilling of cylinder. Till now (07-01) i could not get the refilled cylinder. I went one time to gas agency they have taken yellow slip also for filling for cylinder and said that next day they will give gas but till now (07-01) my cylinder is not refilled.

I kindly request to take action for this.
