I ordered MIU France 11376 Pancake Turner Set, Flexible High Temp Nylon and Norpro Stainless Steel Jumbo Pancake Dispenser on 20th Nov and they guaranteed 21 days delivery time. After 15 days from ordering date I checked the website and it says the product has been delivered. I email customer care that product has not yet delivered and status showing delivered, they gave me the tracking no and courier name (Aramex) with immediate response to my mail. I spoke to the aramex customer care but they seem unable to tell where the parcel is. Again I wrote to 20north that parcel has been misplaced by aramex. They replied it’s in process of being delivered to my address and follow the same tracking number. I waited for 4 more days but nothing delivered to me. Again I spoke to aramex customer care but disappointing reply from their end. Than again contacted 20 north and they assured that they will take the follow-up for my order and would deliver to me within 7 days. And on 5th day itself I got the delivery.
I really appreciate their help. Great Service…….
