Gas Leakage and less filling

I live in hari nagar, new delhi, kitchen gas "Prem Gas Service". I have given so many complaints manually for leakage and less weight of new Gas Cylender. but there is no response. they dont even pick up the telephone. please see it immeadiatly because thease things are dangerious for me and my family.
