I have a Indane Gas connection and our agency (Hem Gas Agency at tikona park, near Daryaganj) does not take refill requisition before 22days of last refill.
Want to know if there is any rule regading this or it is at the sole discretion of the Gas Agency to decide... as how come a supplier decide that the amount of cooking gas consumed by the people...
Moreover they do not reply on phone or otherise also... the service is erratic & biased..
looking forward for a reply from the principle company...
