Not giving delivery of refil

Making a booking for refil on 20/03, the shree laxmi indane< dealer of indane gas> not complying . and till date < 21/04 they didnt issue the refil and they are not helping for queries. my gas booking slip number is 227 on date 20/03. costumor number is L1104
